The Government of Balochistan is taking concrete steps to ensure women’s active participation in all sectors by utilizing all available resources to benefit from their potential. Special measures are underway to promote economic empowerment, and several women-focused projects are set to be included in the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) 2025–26. The Women’s Business Bazaar has been described as a commendable initiative, providing a safe and inclusive platform for women to showcase and sell their products and services. The Women’s Centre and Shelter Home, operating under the Department of Women Development, are functional in Quetta, Sibi, and Khuzdar.
