1. Act as a liaison between the government, donor agencies, and project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and information sharing.
  2. Involved in Various Stages of the Project Cycle, Including Project Identification, Formulation, Appraisal, Approval, Implementation and Monitoring & Evaluation.
  3. Assist In Developing Project Plans, Budgets, And Work Schedules in Line with Donor Guidelines and Government Regulations.
  4. Coordinate With Various Stakeholders Like Government Agencies, Donor Representatives, Local Communities, and Project Beneficiaries.
  5. Responsible for Ensuring Transparent and Competitive Procurement Procedures Complying with Donor Requirements and guidelines of BPPRA.
  6. Ensure projects adhere to the specific guidelines, reporting requirements, and financial management regulations set by the donor agency.
  7. Examining project proposals, work plans, and budgets that align with donor guidelines and local needs.
  8. Collaborating with local partners, including government agencies, NGOs, and communities.
  9. Building and maintaining relationships with donor organizations.
