Qualifications / Requirements
• PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a Govt or statistical/data-driven organization • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, database administration, software development, and digital system strengthening • Experience with statistical or survey-related software • Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.), network administration, and cloud-based solutions
