A friendly cricket match between Chief Minister XI and Chief Secretary XI at the PDMA Cricket Ground on Saturday proved to be a thrilling contest featuring sensational moments, brilliant batting, and excellent bowling. A large number of cricket enthusiasts enjoyed the match. Chief Secretary XI won the toss and invited Chief Minister XI to bat first. The innings was opened by Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti and Zahid Khalji. Both players displayed exceptional cricket, building a solid 119-run opening partnership and providing the team with an excellent start. Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti played a confident and attractive innings of 52 runs, which was highly appreciated by the spectators. At the end of the allotted overs, Chief Minister XI posted a strong total of 181 runs for the loss of only three wickets. In reply, Chief Secretary XI was bowled out for 135 runs while chasing the target. Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan and Inspector General of Police Muhammad Tahir Khan showed resistance with their batting and all-round performance, but the team could not achieve the required target. In the bowling department, Additional Chief Secretary Development Zahid Saleem delivered an outstanding performance, taking three crucial wickets with fiery bowling and turning the match in his team's favor. Chief Minister XI comfortably won the match by 45 runs.
