P&D Balochistan’s Computer Section trained focal persons of line departments on preparing and uploading DSC minutes and PC-I certificates through the PSDP Automation System.
The Computer Section of the Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan, conducted a training session on October 20, 2026, for the focal persons of all line departments to familiarize them with the procedures for preparing and uploading the minutes of Departmental Sub Committee (DSC) meetings through the PSDP Automation System.
The session focused on demonstrating the step-by-step procedure for preparing the minutes of DSC meetings pertaining to approved development schemes through the system. Participants were also guided on uploading duly signed DSC minutes and PC-I certificates to ensure that the relevant documentation is properly maintained in the digital system.
The training aimed to enhance the capacity of departmental focal persons in using the PSDP Automation System and promote the accurate and timely processing of documentation related to approved development schemes.
The initiative reflects the Planning & Development Department’s continued efforts to strengthen digital processes, improve coordination with line departments, and facilitate the efficient management and monitoring of development projects across Balochistan.
