Ms. Sumaira Saeed, Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Protection, Government of Pakistan, shared her insights during the Policy Consultation on “Towards Inclusive and Resilient Social Services in Balochistan,” held on 16 February 2026 at the Serena Hotel, Islamabad. The consultation was organized by the Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan, with technical support from UNICEF.
